1. Our return & refund policy

At JumpieWorld, we take pride in the health and care of every spider we ship. Because we work with live animals, our policy is designed to be fair, safe, and responsible for both the customer and the animals.

Live Animal Policy

All sales of live animals are final once the order has shipped.
We do not accept returns on live spiderlings due to their sensitive nature.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee your spider will arrive alive when:

  • Someone is available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt

  • The package is not left outside in extreme heat or cold

  • Clear proof (photo/video) is provided within 1 hour of delivery if there is an issue

If a DOA (dead on arrival) occurs, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • Store credit

 Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues (USPS/FedEx delays)

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Weather-related delays

However, we will always help you work toward a solution.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipping. Once the spider has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
