Condition of returned items
Due to the nature of our products (live jumping spiders), we do not accept returns under any circumstances. No items are expected to be returned.

Refund circumstances
We offer full refunds only for verified Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) spiders. To be eligible, you must report the DOA within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear photo or video proof. Partial refunds are not offered. We do not provide refunds for missed deliveries due to the customer not being home, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or weather-related issues impacting delivery.

Return shipping costs
As we do not accept returns, there are no return shipping costs.
