Welcome to JumpieWorld, where we specialize in selling healthy, captive-bred jumping spiders. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to follow these Terms of Service.

General

  • All customers must be 18 years or older, or have a parent/guardian's consent and supervision when making a purchase.
  • All products are intended for educational or hobby purposes only.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time (such as unsafe weather, payment issues, or shipping risks).

Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • Payments must be completed before any order is shipped.
  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled after shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping days are usually Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete address.

Live Animal Policy

  • Because our spiders are living creatures, we do not accept returns.
  • Refunds are only possible for verified Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) spiders reported within 24 hours of delivery (see our Return & Refund Policy).

Liability

JumpieWorld and its owners (are not responsible for)

  • carrier delays or mishandling
  • buyer's care mistakes after arrival
  • injuries caused by mishandling spiders

Once the spider arrives alive, all responsibility passes to the buyer.

Shipping Policy

At JumpieWorld, we take extra steps to make sure your spiders are shipped safely and arrive healthy.

Shipping Schedule

  • We ship Monday through Wednesday only.
  • Orders placed after Wednesday are shipped the following Monday to avoid weekend delays.

Packaging

  • Every spider is securely packed with proper ventilation, padding, and moisture.
  • Heat or cold packs are added when needed to protect against temperature changes.

Weather Policy

  • Live arrival is not guaranteed if your local temperatures are below 40°F or above 90°F.
  • Orders may be held or delayed during unsafe weather until it's safe to ship.

Delivery & Pickup

  • Someone must be available to receive the package.
  • If no one is home and the package sits outside, we can't guarantee live arrival.
